Marketing Director Marlene Santaniello welcomes another new buyer to the Nobility Crest Community
Marketing Director Marlene Santaniello welcomes another new buyer to the Nobility Crest Community
With temperatures rising and summer tourists bustling around the area, increased traffic has resulted in great interest at Nobility Crest at Ocean, an exclusive age targeted community for active adults 55 and better, located at 7 Centre Street, in Ocean Township, New Jersey.

“We've seen a significant increase in prospective homebuyers in the past few weeks, primarily as a result of the shore traffic,” states Marlene Santaniello, Marketing Director at Nobility Crest at Ocean, adding, “Many of these are repeat customers who comparison shopped during the spring, looking at other adult communities in the area, but ultimately returned here to purchase.”

The sharp increase in sales this past month is being attributed to the great prices and low interest rates. Homebuyers are realizing that they can afford to move into a new home by the shore and they also understand that our prices will not stay this low much longer so they are taking action now.

With sale prices starting at a remarkable $373,998, Nobility Crest appears to be the best bargain down the shore. “In addition to prices being reduced roughly $20-30,000 on every home available, the value offered here is unbelievable,” asserts Santaniello.

Seasoned home buyers who've shopped the active adult market simply cannot believe what is included as standard in these homes and are absolutely thrilled about it. “Exceptional materials that we use in our multi-million dollar custom homes are also offered here, including Andersen windows, Bruce hardwood floors, Kohler plumbing fixtures and Lennox furnaces, to name a few.”

Aside from the many upscale residential appointments designed for lasting value, these homes also offer environmental efficiency by meeting Energy Star requirements, which means homeowners can expect big savings on monthly utility bills.

Located in the town of Ocean, in Monmouth County, Nobility Crest is just minutes from the pristine beaches of Avon and Spring Lake. These gorgeous single level homes are situated within aesthetically pleasing mid-rise buildings, and models range in size from 1,100 to 2,087 square feet; all of which feature open, airy floor plans ideal for elegant entertaining and day-to-day casual living.

Nobility Crest also has a selection of quick delivery homes available that include over $50,000 in incentives. Many of these homes are end units which offer tremendous views of the picturesque community. There are also a handful of penthouse homes, which offer a sizeable second floor loft area.

Like current Nobility Crest residents, many of the buyers who visit are singles, empty nesters, and couples that currently reside in detached homes at larger active adult communities and are looking to put ‘life' back in their lifestyle by downsizing to these maintenance free homes. “They no longer want to deal with landscaping, driveway or roof repairs, snow shoveling, and other dreaded household chores, and want to live a simpler, stress-free life,” remarks Santaniello.

Along with the laid back lifestyle, buyers at Nobility Crest can also expect to begin each day surrounded by luxury and elegance. The common areas of each building have been designed and decorated to look like a five star hotel, and feature elaborate millwork, handsome lighting fixtures, and plush carpet and furnishings. Beautifully decorated theme rooms are also located within each building, and include a stately library, card room and a plush movie theatre.

The heart of the community is a lovely 4,300 square foot clubhouse featuring an inviting lounge area filled with cozy furniture groupings, a roaring fireplace, and handsome built-ins along with a fitness center, computer and billiard rooms.

In the courtyard outside sits an impressive, heated, beach-entrance pool, putting green, bocce court, and life-size chess set, surrounded by breathtaking terraces and lush landscaping.

Nobility Crest also offers an outstanding location that includes close proximity to beautiful beaches, championship golf courses, and a bevy of restaurants, shopping malls, and entertainment complexes. In addition, the community is just five minutes from the Garden State Parkway, and Routes 18, 35, 33 and 34, which presents tremendous ease for commuters and those who frequent New York and Atlantic City, which are both just an hour away by car.

Interested customers can view Nobility Crest's on- site sales center, which is open daily from 10-6 pm, and offers several professionally decorated models.
